We offer our professional home cleaning services to customers in Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and selective regions of Los Angeles County.

Yes, all cleaners bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have any special requests, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Cancellations must be done with at least 24 hr notice in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the cleaning service to the credit card on file.

 Customers can pay using a credit card or Zelle. We collect payment at the end of the service. If you choose to pay by credit card, a secure link will be texted to you. For Zelle payments, please send the payment to SunburstCleaningPros@gmail.com. 

 Yes, all our cleaners undergo thorough background checks to ensure they are trustworthy and reliable. Additionally, our cleaning agency is fully insured, reflecting our commitment to providing professional and secure services. 

 The longer it has been since your last deep clean or if your home is not regularly maintained, the more intensive the cleaning required, and thus, the longer the service will take.
