Monthly/Bi-weekly/Weekly Cleaning Checklist

Our cleaning services include monthly for medium foot traffic, bi-weekly for high-traffic or pet hair homes, and weekly for very high traffic or busy individuals. Each service ensures your home meets the high standards of Sunburst Cleaning Professionals and is ideal for those who have already had an extra deep clean with us or are already recurring clients scheduling their next appointment. Tasks rotated as needed based on the home's condition.

Bathroom

Clean the sink, faucet, and countertops.
Scrub the toilet bowl/seat
Wipe down mirrors
Clean the shower/tub,
Sweep and mop the floor.
Empty the trash.

Living Room/Common Areas

Dust/wipe all surfaces, including furniture
Vacuum or sweep and mop the floors.
Clean Sliding Glass Door(s)

Kitchen

Wipe down countertops and surfaces.
Clean the exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, etc.).
Clean sink and faucet.
Spot clean cabinet fronts if there are obvious stains.
Sweep and mop the floor.
Take out the trash.

Bedroom

Dust/Clean all surfaces, including nightstands and dressers.
Wipe down mirrors
Vacuum or sweep and mop the floor.

Deep Cleaning Inside Refrigerator

Discount for recurring clients: $25 (Regular $40)

Remove all food items.
Take out removable shelves and drawers, wash them with warm, soapy water.
Wipe down the interior with a mild soap solution, focusing on corners and crevices.
Clean door gaskets and seals.
Dry all parts and reassemble.
Wipe the exterior of the refrigerator.
Return food items

Deep Cleaning Inside Oven

Discount for recurring clients: $35 (Regular $75)

Remove oven racks and soak them in warm, soapy water.
Wipe loose debris from the oven interior.
Apply an oven cleaner to the interior surfaces.
Let the cleaner sit for the recommended time.
Scrub the interior surfaces, paying attention to stubborn spots.
Wipe the surfaces with a damp cloth to remove cleaner residue.
Clean the oven door, including the glass.
Wash, rinse, and dry the oven racks, then place them back inside.
