1. Vacated Property: For all short-term rental cleanings, properties must be vacated by the specified cleaning start time. If tenants or guests are still occupying the property during the scheduled cleaning window, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
2. Responsibility for Items Left Behind: We are not responsible for items left behind by tenants or guests.
3. Laundry Services: Laundry services are provided only for machines located inside the property. We do not accommodate trips to laundromats. Additional charges may apply for excessive loads of laundry, as this requires additional time and effort.
4. Restocking Essentials: We are happy to restock items such as toilet paper, soap, and other essentials, but it is the client’s responsibility to supply these items in advance.
5. Notification of Damages: Our team is trained to report any visible damage to the property during cleaning. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues that may arise outside the scope of our cleaning service.
6.Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
7. Item Inventory: Our cleaners are not responsible for conducting inventory checks on household items (e.g., towels, utensils). If you require inventory checks, this must be arranged as an additional service.
