Standard Cleaning Checklist
A standard clean is ideal for individuals or families looking to maintain the overall tidiness of their home between deeper cleaning sessions. It's perfect for clients who prefer regular maintenance in between deep cleanings to keep their home looking fresh and clean.
Kitchen
- Wipe down countertops and surfaces.
- Clean the exterior of appliances (fridge, oven)
- Clean microwave (interior/exterior)
- Clean sink and faucet.
- Spot clean cabinet fronts if there are obvious stains.
- Sweep and mop the floor.
- Take out the trash.
Bathroom
- Clean the sink, faucet, and countertops.
- Scrub the toilet bowl/seat
- Wipe down mirrors
- Clean the shower/tub,
- Sweep and mop the floor.
- Empty the trash.
Living Room/Common Areas
- Dust/wipe all surfaces, including furniture
- Vacuum or sweep and mop the floors.
Bedroom
- Dust/Clean all surfaces, including nightstands and dressers.
- Wipe down mirrors
- Vacuum or sweep and mop the floor.
Standard Cleaning Policies
Heavy Furniture:
- We do not move furniture. Clients must move heavy furniture if they want the areas behind or underneath cleaned.
Ladders and High Areas:
- No use of ladders for high shelves, ceiling fans, or light fixtures.
Hazardous Materials:
- Cleaners will not handle hazardous materials or perform unsafe tasks.
Client Responsibility:
- Clients are required to be present for the walk-through at the end of the service to ensure their satisfaction.
Add-on Services
Windows: (Interior, excluding blinds)
- 0-5 windows: $30
- 6-10 windows: $60
- 11-15 windows: $90
Deep Clean Fridge: $40
Deep Clean Oven: $75
Laundry: $25 (Up to 45 minutes)
Clean Dirty Dishes: $20
